Smoked Salmon Salad

If you are time poor this Smoked Salmon Salad is for you.

I love an easy and healthy meal. This one is really easy. Feel free to chop and change ingredients to suit your taste and to use what's in your fridge.

Ingredients:

Hot smoked salmon fillet pieces (usually comes in three from supermarket).

Simply add cucumber, cherry tomatoes, feta, olives, avocado, red peppers, fresh basil & parsley, drizzle with olive oil, add sea salt and black pepper to taste.

Optional: Add your favourite dip to the mix.

Plate:

Mix salad ingredients together, add flaked salmon fillets, your favourite dip on top and serve with salt and pepper to taste.
